You are responsible for all activity in your account. This includes any data, files, or code you upload or download. You must keep your login credentials safe and secure. Any unauthorized use of your account is still your responsibility. Access to your repositories is limited to the users you authorize within your organization.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep SVNPlus online, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or factors beyond our control.
By using SVNPlus, you agree that we are not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues caused by downtime or service failures. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups of all important data.
Your repository content and related data remain your property. Only users in your organization can access your data. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your repository data unless required by law. All access is secured and restricted to authorized users only.
We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate any account that misuses the service, violates these terms, or engages in illegal or abusive behavior. This includes automated abuse, malicious code hosting, or attempts to bypass system restrictions.
If your account is terminated for misuse or breach of these terms, we will retain your data for 30 days. After that, all data will be permanently deleted unless we are legally required to retain it.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of SVNPlus after any changes means you accept the revised terms.
SVNPlus is hosted on infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean, and all data is stored and processed within the European Union. We chose this setup to ensure data sovereignty and alignment with EU privacy regulations.
